We operate in partnership with Hampden Mennonite Church. The church meets at 10:00 every Sunday morning in the same building as the school and features potluck lunches on the first and second Sunday of every month.
The school is governed by the Urban Mennonite Ministries board, a nonprofit with the mission of operating Christian schools in urban areas.
Hampden Christian School policies are set by the local administrative team in consultation with the board and the local church. The admin team consists of Cara Beiler, Marietta Kauffman, Katrina Petersheim, Marc Miller, Eric Heatwole, and Darrell Hershberger.
